Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and communication skills to effectively handle support tasks, collaborate with clients, and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze and process data using MS Excel; create reports and dashboards as needed.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data.
- (Optional) Utilize Python for automating processes and handling advanced data tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Excel : Strong knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- SQL :



Ability to write and optimize queries to manage data effectively.
- Python (Preferred) : Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with US clients effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Shift Timings:

- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday).

Work Environment:

- 5-day work week.
- Prospect to work closely with an international client base.
