Role & responsibilities

- Lead complex technology consulting engagements from discovery and strategy through solution design and implementation.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders, understanding business challenges and translating them into technology solutions.
- Define and execute technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, target architectures, and implementation plans.
- Lead client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, discovery exercises, architecture reviews, and technology assessments.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise and solution architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, products, and vendors and recommend solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, application modernization, data, AI/ML, automation, and technology optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop business cases, proposals, solution documents, technical presentations, estimates, and transformation plans.
- Identify and manage technology risks, dependencies, security concerns, architectural constraints, and implementation challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and governance across complex programs and ensure adherence to technology standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development where required.




- Manage senior client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and additional consulting engagements.
- Mentor consultants, architects, and technical team members and contribute to internal knowledge management and consulting best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving technology architectures.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Proven experience independently leading complex consulting engagements and client-facing technology initiatives.
- Strong expertise in technology strategy, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud, software engineering, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, microservices, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, application modernization, and system integration.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps, target architectures, transformation strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.




- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable technology solutions.
- Experience with technology assessments, gap analysis, feasibility studies, vendor evaluations, architecture reviews, and technology due diligence.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, IT governance, risk management, change management, and program delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, or account expansion is desirable.
- Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect technology recommendations with business value, ROI, cost optimization, and growth objectives.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience in domains such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecom, SaaS, e-commerce, or other enterprise industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Technology Management, IT Management, Business Administration, Strategy, or Consulting is preferred.
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Scrum, CISSP/CISM, or relevant domain certifications are advantageous.
