What you ll do:

- Adhere to organization processes, policies, and procedures for Service Delivery / Security Operations.
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).
- Enhance service levels to build customer trust, improve security posture achieve high CSAT.
- Perform Exchange Online and M365 Security Reviews.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions aligned to best practices.
- Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation support.
- Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred expected.
- Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft 365 E5.
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online:
- Mail flow, connectors, transport rules
- Anti-spam, anti-phishing policies
- Safe Links, Safe Attachments





- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender Security Stack:

- Defender for Office 365
- Threat protection (phishing, malware, spoofing)

- Strong experience in Identity Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD):

- Conditional Access
- MFA
- Identity Protection (Risk-based policies)

- Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune):

- Device compliance configuration policies
- PowerShell script deployment troubleshooting
- Windows Autopilot, Hybrid/Azure AD Join

- Positive understanding of Email Authentication DNS Security:

- SPF, DKIM, dmarc

- Strong knowledge of Security Compliance Solutions:

- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Retention policies

- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
