Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
- Manage air cargo operations from booking space on flights to delivering products to customers.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to import documentation, taxes, and regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in international logistics or air freight industry.
- Robust knowledge of air imports, custom clearance, and international freight forwarding procedures.
- Proficiency in managing multiple shipments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
