Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL Server . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application deployment, and cloud-based data integration solutions. Healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core .
- Develop and support data integration and ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
- Create and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Participate in requirement analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform application deployment, environment setup, configuration, and release support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
- Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve development productivity, code quality, and documentation. Depends on company approved tools
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Contribute to system modernization, performance tuning, and process automation initiatives. Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API .
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) .




- Strong SQL Server development and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
- Hands-on experience in application deployment and environment management.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git . AI Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools .
- Ability to utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and productivity improvements. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare domain (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, EDI 834/837, QNXT, HIPAA, or related healthcare systems).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with Azure services and modern cloud architectures.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Desired Competencies
