Job Description

Synergy System Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical / Production Engineer with hands-on experience in soap and liquid manufacturing machinery to improve our manufacturing processes, machine efficiency and production output.

The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing machines used for soap and liquid product manufacturing, while working closely with the production team to improve overall process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor soap manufacturing and liquid manufacturing machines.
- Understand machine operations, settings, parameters and production cycles.
- Identify machine-related bottlenecks, breakdowns and process inefficiencies.
- Improve machine utilization, production output and cycle times.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and coordinate repairs where required.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning and process optimization.
- Develop and implement improvements to reduce downtime, wastage and production losses.
- Monitor and improve consistency of manufacturing processes.
- Maintain machine operating parameters and production records.
- Work with the production team to improve line efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance,



production and other technical personnel for smooth plant operations.
- Suggest modifications or improvements to existing machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure machines are operated safely and according to defined operating procedures.

Preferred Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing machinery.
- Experience in soap, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, chemical or similar manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong practical understanding of mechanical machinery, pumps, motors, mixers, filling machines, conveyors, heating systems and related equipment.
- Candidates with robust hands-on machine operator experience and good mechanical understanding may also be considered.
- Ability to independently identify and solve machine/process problems.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be hands-on rather than purely theoretical. We need someone who is comfortable being on the shop floor, operating machines, understanding how they work, identifying why production is slow or inconsistent, and implementing practical improvements.

Primary objective:
To improve manufacturing efficiency, machine utilization, production output and process reliability for our soap and liquid manufacturing operations.
