Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline candidate profiles, and set recruitment strategies.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, skilled networks, and referral programs.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture alignment, and role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from internal panels in a timely manner.
- Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data and metrics.
- Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and guide selected candidates through the pre-boarding phase.

Requirements & Qualifications





- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience using candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, niche job sites).
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on candidate engagement.
- Working knowledge of employment law and equitable hiring practices.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
