To minimize the shrinkage at every lower level and 100% adherence to a material record level. To ensure reduction in freight by 2.5 % & the operational cost also from the previous year. To audit physical stock of material and monthly data sharing/review departmental progress on monthly basis. To control overall inventory and aging report submission to SCM. Values the importance of delivering high-quality, creative service to internal and external clients. To help the team to achieve sustainable & profitable growth and mentoring team’s personal & professional growth. To manage conflicts in day-to-day operation in the warehouse.
