Operational Management :Oversee daily operations of mineral processing facilities.Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets.Monitor and optimize processing techniques to improve yield and efficiency. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators.Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and productivity.Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.
