We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with over 6 years of experience in SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and ECC rollout, along with strong cross-functional integration experience, especially with TRM (Treasury

and Risk Management), Funds Management (FM), and bank interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support for SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in controlling processes, actual costing.
- Configure and manage core FICO processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO-OM, CO-CCA, CO-PA).
- Collaborate with SD teams on sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns, and export sales accounting.
- Work on third-party order processing, credit management, and revenue recognition processes.
- Integrate FICO with TRM, FM, and external banking systems (bank statement uploads, EBS, payments, etc.).
- Conduct business requirement workshops and translate them into functional specifications.




- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and end-user training.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BPDs, FS, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Provide support during cutover, data migration, and post-implementation phases.
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6+ years of SAP FICO experience in consulting or in-house roles.
- At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation and ECC project experience.
- Solid functional understanding of sales-related financial processes, including export sales, pricing, billing, and returns.
- Experience in third-party sales accounting and credit control processes.
- Solid hands-on integration knowledge with TRM (Treasury & Risk Management), FM (Funds Management), and banking interfaces.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and optimize business processes.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
