Job Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Develop and maintain a strong agency network.

Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve assigned business targets.

Train and motivate agents for better productivity.

Generate leads and support agents in converting prospects into customers.

Maintain solid relationships with agents and customers.

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile





Graduation in any discipline is preferred/mandatory as per company norms.

1+ year of experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI / Agency Sales.

Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors will be an advantage.

Good communication, sales and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.

Candidates with relevant local market knowledge are preferred.
