- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying recent business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive insurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 12-30 years of experience in the insurance industry as an agent or regional manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Experience working with IM (Insurance Management) systems for policy administration.
