Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of insurance Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying recent business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive insurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 12-30 years of experience in the general insurance industry as an agent or regional manager.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel), IM (Insurance Management) , and regulatory requirements.
