Job Description

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager EVBVPA to manage Eligibility Verification, Benefits Verification & Prior Authorization operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily EVBVPA operations and team performance.
- Ensure productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA compliance.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with providers, payers, and internal teams.
- Monitor payer guidelines and process compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvements.
- Support team coaching, training, and performance management.
- Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred.
- 610 years of US Healthcare experience in EVBVPA.
- 23 years of Team Lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Eligibility, Advantages Verification & Prior Authorization.
- Valuable communication, leadership, analytical, and MS Excel skills.
