1. Ability to coordinate & tackle minor technical issues at all stages of production cycle & have sound knowledge in the manufacture of microbial based products such as bio-pesticides, bio-fertilizer & bio-rationals.
2. Should be conversant in the implementation of operating procedures & in adopting best production practices to achieve consistent output & adept at handling downstream processes, packing system of liquid , carrier & water soluble powder products.
3. Maintain batch production records and effective implementation of tracking system for aseptic conditions of the sterile zones, packing comtainers & quality tested raw material & finished products are traceab
