Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday
Shift: UK / International Shift
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Education: Graduate / Equivalent qualification
B.E/B.Tech Candidates: Not Eligible

YOUR ROLE

- Handle inbound calls from UK customers and provide professional customer support.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver accurate, timely resolutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, service requests and escalations.
- Demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/system applications.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance guidelines and SLAs.
- Take ownership of customer concerns until appropriate resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex issues and escalations.
- Maintain performance across Customer Satisfaction, Quality, AHT,



FCR and Productivity.
- Create a positive and professional experience for every UK customer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of relevant work experience
Experience in International Voice / UK Voice / BPO / Contact Centre / Customer Support preferred
Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
Comfortable interacting with UK customers
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Good typing and basic computer/CRM skills
Willingness to work from office
Candidates who can join as per business requirements

EDUCATION CRITERIA

Eligible: Graduates or Undergraduates /relevant equivalent qualifications
Not Eligible: B.E / B.Tech candidates
