- Production Planning & Execution Achieve production targets as per schedule.
- Manufacturing Operations Manage Tablets, Capsules, Ointments & Dry Syrups.
- GMP Compliance – Ensure compliance with Revised Schedule M, GMP & SOPs.
- Critical Process Control – Monitor critical parameters, yield and process efficiency.
- Equipment Management – Ensure availability, qualification and proper operation of RMG & production equipment.
- Quality & Compliance – Control deviations, rejections and implement CAPA.
- Documentation – Ensure accurate BMR/BPR and production records.
- Audit Readiness – Ensure plant readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
- Team Management – Lead, train and optimize production manpower.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Coordinate with QA, QC, PPIC,



Engineering & Warehouse.
- Productivity & Cost Control – Improve OEE, reduce wastage and downtime.
