Acquire premium customers through direct sourcing, references, corporate tie-ups, and
market visits.
Drive the acquisition of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and premium banking
customers.
Identify and target high-net-worth individuals, salaried professionals, business owners, and
affluent customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients to ensure customer satisfaction
and retention.
Generate CASA balances, deposits, and cross-selling opportunities for banking products.
Cross-sell products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, investments, and other retail
banking solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition, revenue, and business targets.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance with banking policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.
