Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete approval lifecycle for projects.

Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies in

Maharashtra.

Obtain all necessary statutory approvals, permits, and clearances within defined

timelines.

Ensure compliance with state and central regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, project, land, and engineering.

Maintain and manage all documentation related to approvals and compliance.

Track progress of approvals and resolve any issues or delays proactively.

Stay updated with regulatory policies, government norms, and approval procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and authorities.

Lead and mentor the approvals team, ensuring efficiency and accountability.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of approval processes and regulatory frameworks in Maharashtra.

Excellent liaisoning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong leadership and team handling ability.

Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
