Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the hiring process.

- 1-4 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
