- Field Sales Executive – EV Charging Infrastructure
- - Flash Powertech is looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive to help us expand our EV charging network across Surat.
- - Key Responsibilities:
- - * Identify residential societies and potential customers across Surat.
- * Visit societies and meet society committee members, facility managers and decision-makers.
- * Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references and other channels.
- * Present Flash Powertech’s EV charging solutions.
- * Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients.
- * Handle customer questions and objections.
- * Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business.
- * Maintain daily records of leads, meetings and follow-ups.
- * Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- - What We Are Looking For:
- - * 0–3 years of experience in field sales/business development preferred.




- * Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
- * Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage.
- * Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new people.
- * Confident, outgoing and target-oriented.
- * Good knowledge of Surat.
- * Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- * Experience in B2B sales, real estate, solar, electrical products, telecom or facility management will be an advantage.
- * EV experience is not required. Training will be provided.
