We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, SAP. This role is based in India, Hyderabad/Bengaluru.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application SAP S4/HANA Transportation Management. Must have a minimum of 1 TM E2E support and 1 WM E2E Support. Hands-on experience in logistics in Shipping and Handling unit management. Design the functional architecture and implement the IT systems such as Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management systems, Integration with other related modules.

- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technology
- Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Provide remote-based functional support training for multiple SAP TM modules
- Knowledge of related to the Food Industry
- Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice
- Develop application break fixes for critical product defects
- Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues
- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity
- Collaborate with team members in a virtual and international team environment to extend field experience to different client situations




- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience

Technical Skills

- Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing
- Good business knowledge of transportation and logistics execution
- Perform Functional, Unit, Integration testing
- Hands-on SAP TM WM with more than 5 years of experience
- Must possess knowledge on integration with ECC, SCM systems
- Cross module skills are mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

- The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across releases (4.x ECC) including proficiency with SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements, integration with other modules and knowledge of underlying technology.
- A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be practical
- Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage

Work Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru, India

Working hours: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (IST)
