• Process end-to-end monthly payroll manually for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and other payroll-related issues.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for salary revisions, incentives, and final settlements.
• Generate payroll reports, salary slips, and reconciliation statements. • Manage full and final settlements, gratuity, and other exit-related processes.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll practices.
