Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA activities across the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform and guide Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and API Testing.
- Lead QA team and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects/modules.
- Review test cases and ensure proper test coverage.
- Manage defects using tools such as JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Work closely with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical defects and production issues.
- Monitor QA metrics, testing progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Should have hands-on understanding of AWS Cloud environments and cloud-based application testing.
- Validate application functionality, integrations, deployments, and services hosted on AWS.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
