Job Title: Graphics Designer
Experience: 5-7 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with solid experience in branding, packaging, and marketing creatives. The candidate should be capable of delivering impactful designs along with quick adaptations across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design catalogs, brochures, and brand collaterals
- Develop packaging and label designs
- Create performance marketing creatives (social media ads, banners, etc.)
- Conceptualize and execute brand promotion campaigns & video creatives
- Handle creative adaptations for multiple sizes, formats, and platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all outputs
- Prepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with vendors

Skills & Expertise:

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography & print production
- Good experience in adaptations and resizing creatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround

Qualification:

- Fine Arts / NID / or relevant design background
- Strong portfolio required
