*We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented *Sales Officers / Senior Sales Officers* to drive sales, distribution, and market expansion across assigned territories.

* Candidates with hands-on experience in FMCG sales and a strong understanding of retail and distribution will be preferred.
# Key Responsibilities
* Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
* Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and stockist networks.
* Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
* Develop market coverage and strengthen product distribution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product availability.
* Ensure timely reporting and effective use of sales applications/tools.
# Preferred Candidate Profile
* Education: Graduate / Post Graduate Any Specialization
* Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG Sales
* Age: 25 - 35 years
* Industry Preference: FMCG / Food / Beverages / Confectionery / Biscuits / Cakes / Cookies / Personal Care / Laundry Products
* Functional Area: Sales / Retail / Distribution
Solid selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of General Trade and distributor-led sales
Candidates from system-driven organisations will be preferred
Should be comfortable using mobile applications and digital reporting tools
