Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive business growth.
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for recent clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into paying customers.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport over phone calls or emails.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and data analysis.
