- Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to minimize risks associated with chemical processing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procedures for incident investigation, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
- Provide training on PSM principles, protocols, and best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) or related field.
- Robust understanding of OSHA's PSM standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and other relevant regulations.
- Proven track record of developing effective PSM programs that meet regulatory requirements.
