As 5àsec expands its footprint in India, we are building a strong network of franchise partners across key cities. We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our growth journey and help establish 5àsec as a leading premium garment-care brand in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Expansion

- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned cities and territories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Identify suitable locations and potential franchise partners for new stores, collection points, and hubs.

Lead Management & Sales

- Handle franchise leads from digital marketing, events, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct calls, meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective investors.
- Explain the franchise model, investment, ROI structure, operational process, and brand support.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise partners.

Market Development

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for laundry/dry-cleaning outlets.
- Analyze competition, customer demographics, rental potential, and business opportunities.
- Prepare city-wise expansion plans and territory mapping.

Franchise Partner Management

- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Coordinate with franchise partners from initial discussion through LOI, agreement, payment, and store launch.
- Ensure smooth coordination between franchise partners and internal teams.

Store Launch Coordination

- Coordinate with design, operations, training, procurement, marketing,



and finance teams for new store launches.
- Track project timelines, payments, equipment, branding, training, and launch activities.
- Ensure stores are ready for commercial operations as per the planned timeline.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain daily/weekly franchise sales reports.
- Track leads, meetings, site visits, negotiations, LOIs, agreements, collections, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly expansion reports for management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Prior experience in franchise development or franchise consulting will be strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms, and close franchise deals.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with entrepreneurs, investors, and prospective franchise partners.
- Good understanding of franchise business models, market expansion, and territory development.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital lead-management platforms.
- Willingness to travel as required for franchise meetings, market visits, and business development activities.
