We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team and manage day-to-day accounting operations across our group entities.

Location: Mumbai – Work from Office

Experience: 5–8 Years

Salary: Up to 7 Lacs

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com | CA Inter preferred

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with external accounting, audit and tax firms
- Manage Accounts Receivable, collections and aging
- Handle Accounts Payable and vendor reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, GST and Tax Audits




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Companies Act requirements
- Review internal controls and improve accounting processes

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Indian Accounting Standards
- Experience with Tally Prime / Zoho Books or similar ERP
- Robust accounting and reconciliation skills
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in SMEs, manufacturing, engineering, technology or consulting companies will be preferred.
