We're hiring: Zonal Head, Loan Against Property (LAP)

People Konnect is partnering with a leading financial services company to hire a Zonal Head for its LAP business.

Location: Mumbai covering West Zone

Experience: 15+ years in secured lending, with at least 8+ years in LAP

The role

You will own the LAP business for the zone. You will lead the sales team and drive growth in the book. You will keep portfolio quality in line with credit norms.

Key responsibilities

- Build and deliver the zonal business plan for disbursements, AUM and revenue.
- Lead Regional and Area Managers across the zone.
- Grow sourcing through DSAs, connectors and direct channels.
- Open recent locations and markets as per the expansion plan.
- Work with credit,



operations and collections to keep delinquencies within limits.
- Track productivity, yield and fee income at branch and team level.
- Hire, train and retain a high performing sales team.
- Ensure full compliance with RBI norms and internal policy.

What we are looking for

- Proven record of growing a LAP book at zonal or regional level.
- Experience managing a large, multi-location team.
- Strong DSA and channel network in the zone.
- Sound grasp of property documentation, valuation and credit risk.
- Graduate. MBA preferred.
