RequirementsLead the design of seasonal collections,



from initial concept to final product.
Research fabric, color trends, and materials to inform your designs.
Collaborate closely with other designers and the production team to bring your vision to life.
Develop prototypes, patterns, and technical specifications for production.
Present designs and concepts to senior leadership and adjust based on feedback.
Ensure designs align with brand values and are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
Stay on top of fashion trends, adjusting designs to stay ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a fashion designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in fabric and material selection, pattern making, and garment construction.
Experience working with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
A solid understanding of fashion trends, target markets, and branding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
