- primary point of contact for all IT Security issues that the Provider is responsible for under the terms of this Agreement.

- work with the Customer’s Chief Information Security Officer and Cyber Security Team, Provider Sr. Security manager to meet the requirements.





- Analyze security requirements and Policies that are under the Providers area of responsibility and develop controls and Procedures used to deliver the Providers Services that are consistent with the Policies outlined in the Agreement.

- Analyze current demands and proposed technical changes to make sure the Provider can continue to meet the security requirements.

- Work with the Customer’s security team to review the proposed roadmap for IT Security and provide input to the impact it will have on the Provider and security compliance.

- Establish Procedures for the Provider’s personnel to work with the Customer regarding security related incidents

- Be experienced at providing security for information technology systems, network, and technologies of a similar size and scope to the Services that are being provided by the Provider
