Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage travel reservation inquiries and facilitate seamless booking experiences for our international clientele. Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via chat channels with professionalism and speed.

- Execute travel reservations, ticketing, and booking modifications using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus.

- Ensure all interactions strictly comply with established quality standards and internal process guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and solve customer issues related to travel logistics, cancellations, and itinerary changes.





- Deliver exceptional service to international travelers, addressing specific needs and cultural nuances.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within the designated systems.

- Adapt to and work effectively during rotational shift hours to support global operations.
