Job Description – HSE Supervisor

Location: Bokaro
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Gross per Month
Notice Period: Immediate / Up to 15 Days Preferred
Industry: Steel Plant / Industrial / Construction Safety

Job Summary

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to ensure workplace safety and compliance at the site. Candidates should have hands-on experience in industrial/steel plant safety and good knowledge of EHS practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.

- Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions.

- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety procedures.

- Monitor site activities for compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.

- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.





- Support the Safety Officer in implementing EHS policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of HSE/Safety experience.

- Experience in Steel Plant / Industrial Safety preferred.

- B.Sc. / Diploma; PDIS/ADIS preferred.

- Positive knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory compliance.

- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.

- Basic MS Office/computer knowledge.

- Candidates from Patna Institute, Narayana Institute, or Jamshedpur Institute backgrounds

- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice preferred.
