Key Responsibilities

Define target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
Lead cloud-native transformation and monolith-to-microservices modernization initiatives.
Design and develop scalable Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and event-driven solutions.
Own API architecture, security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, design reviews, and team mentoring.
Drive cloud-native, microservices, and distributed systems best practices.
Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders globally.
Support React-based UI development for small to medium features using AI-assisted tools.
Enable DevSecOps practices including Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security controls.
Drive UI and API test automation and CI/CD integration.
Champion TDD, shift-left quality, automation, and AI/Agentic AI-driven engineering.




Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through production deployment and support.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture.
Robust expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and database design.
Expert in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, JPA/Hibernate, and container technologies.
Experience with performance tuning, scalability, reliability, and distributed systems.
Hands-on delivery experience across on-premises and cloud environments.
Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Payments, and Core Banking integrations.

Preferred Skills
TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks.
Knowledge of Basel III, PSD2, and ISO 20022.
Experience with AI/Agentic AI tools.
Exposure to AWS and Terraform.
