Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise performance management solutions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration across our financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM applications, driving strategic initiatives in planning, budgeting, and forecasting while enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency. This position is critical for empowering stakeholders with actionable insights and robust financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy comprehensive Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning (EPBCS), Budgeting (PBCS), and Financial Consolidation (FCCS).

- Develop and maintain complex calculation logic, business rules, and data management workflows using Groovy and EPM Automation to support dynamic financial models.

- Configure and manage Calc Manager, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS modules to ensure precise data transformation and validation across the enterprise.

- Design and execute robust integration strategies using FDMEE and Data Management tools to synchronize data between Oracle EPM and external ERP systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,



translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver tailored forecasting and budgeting frameworks.

- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize the stability and speed of EPM environments.

- Guide end-users through the adoption of new features and best practices for metadata management and report generation.

- Proven professional experience of 3-5 years specifically within the IT Services sector, focusing on Oracle EPM implementations.

- Deep technical proficiency with Oracle EPM Cloud suite, including EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, and associated configuration capabilities.

- Solid command of scripting and automation languages, particularly Groovy, for creating custom business rules and EPM Automations.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Calc Manager, Budgeting, Forecasting, and advanced integration patterns involving ERP systems.

- Demonstrated expertise in data management tools such as FDMEE and metadata handling to ensure data integrity.

- Solid understanding of financial processes, including planning cycles, consolidation rules, and variance analysis.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, translating complex financial data into clear, strategic insights.
