Key Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, with expertise in Middle Office and Back Office operations.
- Hands-on experience in trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, exception management, and post-trade processing.
- Good knowledge of Securities, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Custody Operations.
- Solid understanding of SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX), including payment and securities messaging workflows.
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications and process flows.
- Experience collaborating with Business Users, Operations Teams, Technology Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver process and system enhancements.
- Strong data analysis, SQL querying, reporting, and reconciliation skills with an ability to identify trends and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory, risk,



and compliance requirements impacting Investment Banking and Capital Markets operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Investment Banking Operations, Trade Processing, or Capital Markets domain.
- Exposure to transaction processing platforms, trade management systems, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis practices.
