Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our IT Asset Management (ITAM) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the ServiceNow platform. This position demands a deep mastery of the ServiceNow architecture, with a specific focus on ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM modules. The ideal professional will drive high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) initiatives, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and ensure that all solutions align with ITIL best practices. This role is essential for optimizing our asset lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering scalable, secure, and cutting-edge technology solutions that support the organization's broader IT goals.

Responsibilities

- Architect and define comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level designs for ServiceNow solutions, with a specialized emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, and related integrations.

- Lead the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

- Design and oversee complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other middleware technologies.

- Drive the evolution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across the enterprise.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage the delivery of solution designs.





- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and Asset Management capabilities, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.

- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and security.

- Facilitate the adoption of ServiceNow ITOM CIS and CTA capabilities to enhance infrastructure management and monitoring.

- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow features and technologies to recommend improvements that enhance system performance and user experience.

- Act as a primary technical authority, resolving complex architectural challenges and guiding the team through critical project milestones.

Requirements

Requirements

- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in IT services, with a proven track record in ServiceNow technical architecture.

- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, including ITAM, SAM, and Asset Management modules.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, including CIS and CTA capabilities, and a solid understanding of ITSM processes.

- Advanced technical skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow technical development.

- Extensive experience designing and implementing complex integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Demonstrated ability to create and execute both High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).

- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application within ServiceNow solutions.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

- Strong background in CMDB strategy and data governance.

- Ability to work within a salary range of ₹42-45 LPA.
