Job Description- We are seeking a LabVantage LIMS Specialist to help build, configure, and maintain our enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). In this role, you will be responsible for managing core laboratory data, workflows, and specialized LabVantage modules to ensure smooth lab operations and data integrity. Key Responsibilities

- Module Management: Configure and support key LabVantage modules, including ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), SDMS, Formulations, Consumables, WAP (Web Portal), and Dashboards.
- Data & Sample Lifecycle: Manage and streamline workflows for Sample tracking, Batch release management, and Master Data setup (test methods, specifications, parameters).
- System Administration: Maintain and customize the LabVantage platform to meet laboratory operational needs and regulatory standards.
- Reporting & Analytics:



Build custom dashboards and reports to provide lab teams with real-time visibility into batch statuses and sample metrics.
- User Support & Training: Assist lab technicians and scientists with day-to-day LIMS usage, troubleshooting issues, and documenting system processes.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting LabVantage LIMS.
- Robust understanding of core LIMS entities: Samples, Batches, and Master Data.
- Working knowledge of LabVantage modules: ELN, SDMS, Formulations, Consumables, and Dashboards.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with laboratory teams.
