Job Description:

D2C Performance & MIS Management
Own and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS across all Nykaa D2C websites,
covering revenue, orders, traffic, conversion, AOV, marketing, CRM, inventory, fulfilment
and customer metrics.
Consolidate performance data across brands/websites into standardised dashboards
and trackers.
Track actual performance against monthly/annual plans and targets, highlighting key
achievements, gaps, risks and areas requiring attention.
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to relevant business
and leadership teams.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and consistency across all D2C performance
trackers.
Business Analysis & Insights
Analyse D2C performance to identify growth opportunities, underperformance,
operational gaps and emerging risks.
Build regular performance views around revenue, channel performance, conversion,
AOV, inventory, marketing spends, CRM, returns and fulfilment.
Highlight key deviations from plan and provide clear data-backed observations and
action points.
Track key initiatives and business levers to understand their impact on D2C
performance.
Business Coordination & Follow-ups
Work closely with Brand, Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer
Experience, Technology and Finance teams to ensure planned activities are executed
on time.




Proactively follow up with business teams on pending actions, missed targets,
operational issues and planned initiatives.
Ask the right questions when performance deviates from plan and ensure root causes
and corrective actions are identified.
Maintain an action tracker with clear owners, timelines and status, and follow through
until closure.
Escalate critical risks or delays that may impact business targets.
Planning & Target Tracking Support teams in tracking monthly/weekly plans, targets and key business
priorities.
Monitor progress against planned activities such as launches, campaigns, promotions,
inventory movements, website initiatives and CRM activations.
Flag potential risks to target achievement early and ensure relevant teams have explicit
visibility.
Maintain a central view of business commitments, timelines and deliverables across
D2C.
Store & Operations Monitoring
Monitor key operational metrics across D2C websites including orders, fulfilment,
cancellations, returns, refunds, RTO and inventory availability.
Proactively flag OOS, listing, pricing, fulfilment, technology or customer experience
issues impacting business performance.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure operational issues are resolved within agreed
timelines.
