Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, databases and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer, joining and onboarding coordination.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

Candidate Profile:

Graduates with solid communication, interpersonal and coordination skills. BBA, B.Com, BA and other graduates interested in recruitment and HR are preferred. Freshers can apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA / PGDM / Any Graduate
