About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong sense of design aesthetics, and the ability to create impactful creatives across digital platforms, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop visually engaging campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Location- Mumbai

Experience- 5-6 years

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and vision, ensuring the final output aligns with their expectations and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies and creative solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that all designs reflect current industry standards and meet client needs.
- Develop and execute both static and motion design solutions, including digital campaigns, social media assets, branding, websites, and print collateral.
- Have an understanding of creating dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials, product demos,



and other client deliverables.
- Leverage industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools for efficient and high-quality design creation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients directly to gather feedback, make revisions, and refine designs to align with their business objectives.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, social media etc.

Requirements:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that includes both static and motion design work.
- Demonstrated experience in client coordination, gathering feedback, and managing client expectations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles and the ability to create compelling animations and videos.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality while meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
