Senior Architect | Project Ownership, Design to Handover

Rubix Design is a Mumbai-based architecture and interiors studio founded in 2019. We work across residential, corporate interiors, hospitality and retail through Design & Advisory and Turnkey projects.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience who can independently own projects from brief through handover.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing design concepts from the founders’ brief
- Producing and coordinating working drawings
- Managing project-level client communication
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors and consultants
- Making practical decisions on site
- Tracking budgets, materials and timelines
- Taking projects through execution and handover

Strong AutoCAD is essential.



SketchUp or an equivalent 3D tool is expected. Residential or commercial interiors experience, material knowledge, site supervision and vendor negotiation experience are highly valued.

This is not a design-only or drawing-board role. You should be comfortable in client meetings, on site and in vendor negotiations, and able to manage day-to-day project delivery without close supervision.

Compensation: ₹7–10 lakh per annum in hand, depending on experience and demonstrated project ownership.
