Role: Guidewire Claims Developer

Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Configure approved ClaimCenter enhancements.
- Develop Gosu business rules and basic PCF customizations.
- Support FNOL, claim setup, exposure, reserve, coverage, and claim activity functions.
- Assist with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixes, and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Claims system development.
- Foundational ClaimCenter configuration knowledge.
- Gosu programming and PCF basics.
- Understanding of FNOL and the claims lifecycle.
- Basic API and web service knowledge.
- P&C; claims domain fundamentals.
- Robust programming and debugging skills.

Good To Have

- Guidewire training or certification.
- Guidewire Cloud awareness.
- Java or object-oriented programming exposure.
- Good to have experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
