Description

1. The Salesforce Documentation Specialist / Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining Salesforce-related documentation to ensure it accurately reflects current platform capabilities, features, and functionality. This role requires robust communication skills, hands-on Salesforce experience, and the ability to work independently while organizing complex information into clear, consistent, and user-friendly documentation.
1. Key Responsibilities
1. Review existing Salesforce documentation to assess accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current business processes and system functionality.
2. Update documentation using established templates, standards, and formatting guidelines.
3. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate content, and confirm current capabilities.
4.



Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation that supports business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
5. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information within existing documentation and recommend improvements.
6. Organize and maintain documentation within Confluence or similar knowledge management tools.
7. Work independently to manage assigned documentation tasks, track progress, and meet agreed timelines.
