Job Summary

The Test Lead is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This role partners closely with technology and business teams to ensure quality solutions are delivered that meet business requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.

This position will contribute to test strategy development, test execution, and defect management while also assisting with business analysis activities such as requirements clarification and validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and contribute to test strategy development, including defining scope, approach, and required test coverage
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing activities across system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness, including environment setup and test data preparation
- Develop, execute, and manage test cases, scripts, and defect tracking in alignment with project timelines
- Assist in coordinating defect triage sessions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor and communicate testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate expected outcomes
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones




- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in a QA, Testing, or Business Systems Analyst role in a project-based workplace
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Foundational experience supporting test planning and full lifecycle testing execution
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver against defined timelines and milestones
- Experience working across multiple teams and business units
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases for data validation and query development

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting test environments and test data readiness activities
- Exposure to test data creation, coordination, or validation
- Familiarity with Jira and Xray (or similar test management tools)
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Prior exposure to Actimize platforms or implementations
