What awaits you / Job Profile

As a Lead SAP Fiori Full-Stack Developer, you will design, build, enhance, and support modern SAP Fiori applications for SAP S/4HANA. You will be a front-end specialist with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions across the SAPUI5/Fiori layer, ABAP back end, CDS views, and OData services.

You will work closely with functional consultants, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly SAP applications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design and develop custom SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications for SAP S/4HANA.
- Deliver full-stack solutions across SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ABAP OO, CDS, and OData.
- Build and enhance Fiori Elements applications using annotations, CDS views, and SAP Gateway services.
- Develop and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway, SEGW, RAP, and service bindings where appropriate.
- Collaborate with EWM, SD, and FICO functional consultants to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Fiori Launchpad content, including catalogs, spaces, pages, tiles, target mappings, and authorizations.
- Apply SAP Fiori design guidelines to create responsive, accessible, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences.
- Analyse, debug, and resolve front-end, back-end, OData, authorization, and integration issues.
- Support application lifecycle activities including estimation, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to clean-core principles, SAP development standards, performance expectations, and security requirements.

What should you bring along

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of hands-on SAP development experience, including strong SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 delivery experience.
- Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or high-volume transactional environments.
- Strong front-end development expertise with SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5,



CSS3, XML views, fragments, controllers, and data binding.
- Full-stack SAP development capability, including ABAP OO, CDS views, OData services, SAP Gateway, and API integrations.
- Experience delivering custom SAP Fiori applications as well as Fiori Elements applications.
- Practical understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes, with functional exposure to EWM, SD, and FICO.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs and deliver maintainable, scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across browser tools, SAP Gateway error logs, ABAP debugging, and OData traces.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git-based repositories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with functional, technical, and business teams.

- SAP Fiori Elements, annotations, List Report, Object Page, Analytical List Page, and Overview Page concepts.
- SAP Gateway and OData service development, including OData V2 and OData V4.
- ABAP Objects, ABAP debugging, exception handling, performance analysis, and modern ABAP development practices.
- Core Data Services (CDS), CDS annotations, associations, value helps, and analytical annotations.
- RAP and ABAP Cloud development concepts, including behavior definitions and service bindings.
- SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, tiles, target mappings, and PFCG role integration.
- SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse ADT, SAP Web IDE, Git, and transport management processes.
- Integration of SAP Fiori apps with REST APIs, OData APIs, SAP Gateway, and external services.
- Functional understanding of EWM, SD, and FICO processes and their related SAP master and transactional data.
- UI5 testing and quality practices, including QUnit, OPA5, browser debugging, and automated regression testing.
- Performance optimisation, accessibility, authorization handling, and secure application development.

- SAP S/4HANA extensibility, in-app extensibility, side-by-side extensions, and clean-core principles.
- CI/CD pipelines, automated transport management, DevOps practices, and SAP Cloud Transport Management.
- SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BTP, or SAP S/4HANA certification.
