As a UI Senior Software Engineer, you will independently deliver robust UI features, focusing on architecture, performance, and secure coding within a cloud-native environment. This role involves integrating UI components with Java services, REST APIs, and microservices, while owning UI test automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. You will also utilize Agentic AI in your development workflow, coach junior engineers, and contribute to a team dedicated to cutting-edge web technologies including JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver UI features and raise the bar on architecture, performance and secure coding
• Integrate UI with Java services, REST APIs and microservices
• Own UI test automation, Docker, Kubernetes,



Helm and CI/CD for the UI stack
• Use Agentic AI as part of the standard UI development workflow
• Coach juniors on UI engineering practice

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

- A Graduate / Master degree in Engineering or equivalent with 8+years of experience in core development tools such as Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/Jenkins).
- Proficiency in cloud-native software development on containerized platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Expertise in up-to-date web technologies, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML/CSS, and integrating with REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI-assisted development tools, and robust UI test automation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with Java for service integration and Helm for deployment.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, including agile coaching and facilitation.
- Skills in delivery planning and dependency management within an agile framework.
