Are you a results-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for SEO, Google Business Profile management, and social media growth? We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Social Media Executive to strengthen the online presence of our industry — one of Eastern India's fastest-growing premium coworking and managed office space providers.

Position Details
Position: SEO & Social Media Executive
Department: Digital Marketing
Work Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field

Key Responsibilities
Perform complete On-page & Off-page SEO optimization and high-quality backlink building.
Conduct keyword research focused on coworking, managed offices, virtual offices, and commercial leasing.
Manage Google Business Profiles for all Exospace locations and improve Local Map rankings.
Create weekly Google Posts, upload photos/videos, and increase customer reviews organically.
Manage social media platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X & YouTube.
Create monthly content calendars and publish reels, videos, and engaging posts.
Write SEO-friendly blogs, landing page content, and location-specific content.




Prepare monthly analytics reports covering organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
Monitor website health, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
Track competitors and recommend SEO improvements continuously.

✅ Candidate Profile
✔ 2 – 5 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
✔ Strong expertise in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
✔ Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Marketing.
✔ Strong content writing, copywriting, and basic HTML knowledge.
✔ Experience managing multiple Google Business Profiles is a plus.
✔ Prior experience in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or IT services is preferred.
✔ Google Certifications in SEO, Analytics, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
